What should I bring?

Which vaccinations are required?
Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. If one is missing or expiring before the stay, we'll ask you for an update. It doesn't block your request.
Why can't you host unspayed girls?
Tiger isn't neutered, and we would never risk an accident or unplanned puppies. It's nothing personal, and we'd love to meet her once she's spayed.
What happens if my dog needs a vet?
We call you first, then your emergency contact. If we can't reach anyone, we take your dog to a vet and approve reasonable care, at your cost. It's all in the care & vet waiver you sign before the stay.
What's your cancellation policy?
More than 48 hours before drop-off: full refund, from your My booking link. Within 48 hours: 50% refund, just contact us. No-shows aren't refunded. If we ever have to cancel, you get a full refund.
What if I'm late for pick-up?
Boarding check-out is by 12:00 PM. Pick-up after that and up to 8:00 PM adds 50% of the nightly rate, which you'll see before you send your request. After 8:00 PM, we keep your pup overnight and add a night.
Can we do a meet-and-greet first?
Yes, and it's never required. Tick the box on the request form and we'll arrange it by text.
How will I see my dog during the stay?
A private photo album with new photos every day, and a report card after the stay.
How many dogs stay at once?
Two guest dogs at most, plus Tiger. Dogs from different families may stay at the same time.
