What we keep and why
Your name, mobile, email, emergency contact and how you heard about us; your dog's details, vaccine records and photo; your bookings and payments; and the forms you sign. We keep it only to care for your dog and to book future stays. We never sell or share it.
How long we keep it
Your and your dog's details and vaccine files are deleted 12 months after your last stay (or your last request, if you never stayed). Signed waivers are kept 2 years after the last stay, in case of a dispute, then deleted. Booking statistics are kept without names. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.
Payments
You pay only after we approve your request, within 24 hours, by card (through Stripe, so we never see your card number) or Zelle. No deposit.
Cancellations and refunds
More than 48 hours before drop-off: full refund. Within 48 hours: 50% refund. No-show: no refund. Cancelled by us: full refund.
The care & vet waiver, in short
Before a stay you sign a waiver covering the ordinary risks of dogs playing together, your dog's health and behavior, and emergency vet care at your cost if we can't reach you or your emergency contact. The waiver is valid for 12 months.
